This version of the site has been specially adapted for use in the Canadian arts and culture sector. Much of the work done to adapt the Creative Green Tools was done on Tiohtià:ke, also known as Montréal, which is the unceded and unsurrendered Indigenous territory of the Kanien'kehá:ka/Mohawk Nation. This work has been aided by contributions of time and knowledge from individuals and organizations from all over the part of Turtle Island that we also call Canada - a home to many, Indigenous and non-Indigenous, that we are committed to keeping clean and safe for all. We are committed to continuously improving the Creative Green Tools to make them more inclusive, accessible and welcoming to all. We will continue to build relationships with members of historically marginalized communities and involve these communities in ongoing conversations about how we can create more welcoming digital environments and more inclusive programming.
